What is an aparthotel?
An aparthotel is hybrid accommodation that combines the advantages of a furnished apartment with hotel services. It offers the flexibility and privacy of an apartment, with facilities and services such as cleaning, reception and breakfast.
Is the house cleaned every day ?
Cleaning is carried out on arrival. If you would like the house to be cleaned during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge of €50.
However, we do provide washing-up liquid, a sponge, disposable cloths, tea towels, a dustpan and brush, bin liners and bathroom bags in your apartment. If you would like your apartment refreshed, we offer a full cleaning service, including changing bed linen and towels, at an additional cost.

What equipment is available for babies and children ?
We provide a range of facilities for the comfort of your children and babies. Cots and highchairs are available free of charge on request, subject to availability. Please let us know what you need when you book, so that everything is ready for you when you arrive.
Where are your aparthotels located ?
Our aparthotels are ideally located in Montévrain, in Seine-et-Marne (77), in a peaceful setting on the banks of the Marne. Just 30 km from Paris and 10 minutes from Disneyland Paris, you can enjoy a peaceful setting while remaining close to the main attractions. Looking for a bit of adventure? Hire a canoe for a relaxing trip on the Marne, or a bike to explore the picturesque trails nearby.
Do you accept stag or hen parties ?
Unfortunately, we do not accept stag and hen parties and other celebrations to ensure the peace and quiet of our guests.

How can I book ?

Would you prefer to book by telephone?
Our team is on hand to take your booking or answer any questions you may have. You can reach us Monday to Saturday from 7am to 11pm and Sunday from 7am to 8pm on +33 1 70 61 08 33. Our team speaks French and English.
How can I cancel my booking ?
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary according to the type of accommodation. Please check the conditions that apply to each option when making your choice. Do not hesitate to contact our reservations team if necessary.
Do you accept cash payments ?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
Which credit cards are accepted ?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you have another card, please contact us to check its compatibility.
What is the refundable security deposit ?
A security deposit of €500 is required. This will be debited 2 days before your arrival.
The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card if no damage has been noted by management.
Can I change my holiday dates or apartment type ?
To change your booking, please contact our team directly on +33 1 70 61 08 33. Please note that changes cannot be made online.
Check-in et Check-out
What time can I check in and what time do I have to leave the apartment ?
You can check in from 4pm to make the most of your stay. On the day of your departure, you have until 11am to leave the apartment.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out ?
Apartments are available from 4pm and must be vacated by 11am at the latest. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to check you in as soon as possible. If your apartment is not yet ready, we will be happy to store your luggage in the meantime. Need to extend your stay or have a late check-out? Subject to availability, this service is available and charged for. Please contact us as soon as possible to check availability.
Is luggage storage available ?
We offer a luggage storage service for your luggage, which will then be delivered directly to your apartment when it is ready.
What should I do if I arrive outside reception opening hours ?
We’ll send you all the information you need to arrive independently. And our customer service team is available by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you provide free Wi-Fi in the apartments ?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi access in all our apartments.
Is on-site parking available ?
Yes, a 100-space car park on the outskirts of the hotel is available free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Do you offer a laundry or dry-cleaning service ?
No, we do not have a laundry service.
Are the apartments air-conditioned ?
Yes, all our apartments are air-conditioned for your comfort. You have control over the air conditioning in your room. Using the black unit on the wall, you can choose the intensity of the fan and the ideal temperature. Depending on the season, the system is automatically configured for heating or cooling. If you have any problems, please contact reception (+33 1 70 61 08 33).
Do you have recharging facilities for electric cars ?
Yes, we have charging points for electric cars.
Can I bring my pet ?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets in our apartment hotels. Thank you for your understanding
Is it possible to add extra beds for my children ?
It is only possible to add a cot to your apartment for the comfort of your little ones. Please ask us in advance so that everything is ready for your arrival.
Can you organise airport transfers or transfers from Marne-La-Vallée - Chessy (Disney) station ?
Yes, airport transfers are possible, but you need to book 24 hours in advance with reception.
The shuttle from Marne-La-Vallée Chessy / L’Horloge station costs €15 per person per journey.
Are your apart-hotels accessible and equipped for people with disabilities ?
Several L’Horloge apartments have been adapted for people with disabilities. Please contact us for more information and to ensure your comfort during your stay.

Are the apartments equipped for cooking ?
Yes, all our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, with hob, fridge, microwave and everything you need to prepare your meals independently.
Do you offer a breakfast service ?
Yes, we offer a breakfast service that you can enjoy directly in your apartment. Please contact reception for details of the options available.

Yes, you can have meals delivered directly to your apartment using delivery platforms such as UberEats or Deliveroo.

What are the times and prices of your Disneyland® Paris shuttle ?
The timetable for our shuttle to Disneyland® Paris is available on request. The fare is €15 per journey and per person. Please contact us to arrange your transport.
